Registration Fees
If you get a special fee, because of a Registration Code you got: please insert this code in the “Code”/”Promotional Code” field in the registration form. Regular fees are:
Special Rate for Public Services and Universities (both days) 450 €‚¬
Seciale Rate for New Customers for both days
(never attended Net-ID before) 895 €‚¬
Regular Registration for both confernce days 1.695 €‚¬
Regular Registration for one confernce day 850 €‚¬
The conference registration includes lunch and refreshment breaks on each conference day and the dinner of the first conference day. The participants will receive a free issue of the proceedings (a month after the conference additionally on CD).
Prices are given net, plus statutory VAT.
If you pay with Creditcard 6% charges will occur.
Refunds
Full refunds will be given to cancellations received in writing prior to February 15th, 2008. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after this date. Refunds will not be issued to no-shows. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Accommodation
A limited number of rooms on special conference rates are available at Steigenberger Hotel. The rate for Net-ID-participants is €‚¬ 165 incl. breakfast and statutory VAT (single). Please, note that these rates are special rates that the hotel will assure only for reservation made through COMPUTAS. Please specify your accommodation wishes in the registration form. Booking your room directly with the hotel, there will be no guarantee about this special rate.
